New City in the Old Walls: Housing Construction

Forum - a branch of Riga Managers School engaged in organization and facilitation of international conferences, organizes the international conferenceNew City in the Old Walls: housing construction in Riga on 21 October, 2005 at the Radisson SAS Daugava hotel. The conference is supported by Riga City Council.
Social and economical development of cities, tendencies and perspectives of living conditions improvement in European cities, forecast for new housing construction including social houses, different forms of construction projects financing, the most perspective projects and its successful realization factors – these are  the key topics of New City in the Old Walls: Housing Construction conference. 

How dynamic is housing construction development in Europe?
